In continuation to the People’s Convention, on Right to Silence, held on 3rd December 2016, we wrote to Sri Sovan Chatterjee; Minister in Charge Department of Environment, State Administration, Police Authority and Chairman WBPCB regarding Noise Rule violation during X Mas and New Year festivities. We also brought the matter to the knowledge of Press. Today the 27th Dec Anandabazar Patrika has reported the matter with due importance.
