I take immense pleasure to inform you that as per our collective decision taken during state level environment summit, Sabuj mancha is going to organise few regional meetings in various parts of state. The first of such meetings – Regional Environment Meeting at North 24 Parganas – has been scheduled in Barrackpur on next 30 June (2 pm to 6 pm) at Fiesta Hall (entrance through Ganja Gully opposite to Barrackpur Sukanta Sadan ; and located opposite to Allahabad Bank branch). Sabuj Mancha will organise the meeting in association with Paribesh Bandhab Mancha in Barrackpur.
We request all environment organisations and activists from North 24 Parganas and also surrounding areas to participate and share critical environmental issues of their area; and help in developing a road map / strategy to counter various green menaces.
